A beautiful ring begins long before the diamond is set

I began making jewellery in 1995. More than 30 years later, I’m still just as fascinated by the craft — and just as meticulous about the details.
When you buy a diamond ring, you see the finished result. But behind the diamond, the setting and the polished surface lies a long series of decisions and manufacturing steps. For me, that is where quality begins.
From an idea to a finished piece of jewellery
I started my first jewellery manufacturing operation in 1995. Since then, I’ve worked with production, gemstones, diamonds and jewellery design. Technology has evolved from hand-drawn models and wax work to CAD design, 3D printing and precision casting. But one thing remains unchanged: a truly good piece of jewellery requires knowledge, experience and respect for the craft.
Every gram of gold matters
We begin with materials, dimensions and construction. The metal is then cast, filed, worked, pre-polished, set with stones and given its final polish. The metal’s weight changes at every stage. Filings, grinding residues and polishing dust must be handled and accounted for. We follow not only how the ring looks, but how it is made, step by step.
The details that determine quality
A diamond with an excellent GIA or IGI grading deserves an equally well-made setting. I examine the ring’s balance and durability, the security of its prongs, the symmetry of the setting, the surface finish and whether the final result meets the specifications we agreed on. A ring should feel well made when you hold it in your hand, too.
Manufacturing is more than a price quote
When I receive a manufacturing cost estimate, I want to understand what lies behind the figures: the metal weight, casting, CAD work, 3D printing, filing, polishing, stone setting and quality control. It’s about understanding what the customer receives, rather than choosing the cheapest manufacturer. A low price is only a good price when the quality is there too.
When you place your trust in me
An engagement ring is often one of the most personal pieces of jewellery a person buys. When you ask me to help you choose a diamond or have a ring made, I see that as a personal expression of trust. My experience in jewellery manufacturing since 1995 and my training as a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) help me understand both the diamond and the craftsmanship around it.
My promise to you
My aim is to offer the best prices on the market — without compromising on quality. I use my experience to help you choose the right diamond, the right materials and the right manufacturing approach. I pay close attention to details, ask the questions that need asking and do not accept deliberate compromises in quality to save a little money.
For me, a diamond ring is more than a product. It is the result of knowledge, craftsmanship and trust that must be earned. That is how I began working in 1995. And that is how I want to continue.
